Chutney dosai
Today I am going to share with you my favorite
dish called “chutney dosai” ,we used to
make this chutney dosai often or whenever
we prepare coconut chutney for Idly or dosai.
With no further delay let me first explain, how to
make tasty chutney daosai….
To prepare this recipe we should need coconut
chutney handy .Please see my coconut chutney 1 and coconut chutney 2 recipe for
preparing chutney.we can use any of these version to prepare chutney.
Step 1: Heat dosai tawa and spread dosai ,let it
cook for 2 mins and now flip and cook the dosai once ,after it cooked well
again flip the dosai and spread coconut chutney to it as I have shown in the
picture below, sprinkle some oil .
Step 2: Now carefully flip the dosai to another
side and cook for 2 mins by adding gingerly oil on to the corners of the dosai.
Step 3: again flip it to the front side and fold it..
Remove from heat and serve hot ..
Very simple and tasty chutney dosai is ready in no
time..
