Filter coffee
Filter coffee
is very famous in south India and it is served in traditional tumbler and
davara.
Every one in
my family is so much addicted to filter coffee ,we don’t drink instant coffee
at all.our favorite brand in filter coffee is narasus and leo coffee. I don’t like
adding chickery in my coffee powder.we usually grind pea berry coffee beans for
our daily strong filter coffee’s sip.
Coffee is made
by using 2 cylindrical cups or coffee filter (commonly used in south India)( as
shown in the picture)The coffee filter has 2 parts or 2 cylindrical cups in
it, the upper cup should be loaded with freshly ground coffee.then ground are
compressed and boiling water is pored inside.then the coffee will start dripping
inside the 2 nd cup below,we should add milk and sugar in correct proportion to
taste a great filter coffee….
Steps to make
filter coffee- for 3 strong coffee
1. wash the
coffee filter and wipe it in a clean towel.
2. Boil water
in a container.water should be rolling boil.
3. On the top
of the filter add 4 full spoons of coffee powder (I used fresh pea berry bean)and
tapper it well.
4. Now if the
water got boiled well, then pour it into the filter and cover it with the lid.
5. Wait for 15
to 20 minutes, after 15 to 20 minutes the coffee ticasion will be dripped
inside the bottom cup of the filter.
6. Now take
the tication or black coffee in to the tumbler and add boiled milk and sugar to
it.
Fresh
and strong morning filter coffee is ready to taste…
