Pasta onion tomato

Pasta onion tomato

Onion tomato pasta can be eaten for breakfast as well as dinner..

Even though my family’s favorite is white pasta, we used to prepare Onion Tomato Pasta once in a while …
This Onion tomato pasta is very easy to prepare, I have made this using penne pasta you can choose your own variety of pasta available handy..

Method:

Step 1: Bring a pot of water to boil and add 1 spoon of oil, along with oil add 2 cups of penne pasta and cook until it’s done.
After the pasta got cooked and become soft, drain the water and keep it aside by mixing it with another spoon of oil (this will help the pasta not to get sticky )

Step 2: heat 1 spoon of butter, add 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste sauté until raw smell goes, now add ½ cup of chopped onions and sauté until onion turns slight brown .

Step 3: now add ½ cup of chopped tomatoes and sauté until tomatoes got cooked and becomes mushy.

Step 4: Now add the cooked pasta and sauté well until the penne pasta gets mixed with onion and tomato.

Step 5: add needed salt and ¼ spoon of pepper powder and sauté well..

Step 6: this Step is optional, sprinkle some amount of pasta seasoning, if you have handy..

Step 7: serve warm with some grated cheese on top …
