Green chutney for Chaat




Green chutney gives taste to any kind of chaat (like masala puri chaat) and also sandwich .Pudhina or mint leaves and coriander leaves are the major ingredient in this green chutney.
This chutney can be put in to an air tight container and stored in a refrigerator for 3 or four days.


 


Green chutney for chaat
Preparation time: 5 minutes/ cooking time 5 minutes
Cuisine: North Indian/ Category: Snacks 

NEEDED:

Coriander leaves: ½ cup
Mint leaves /Pudhina: 1/2 cup
Ginger: 1 inch piece
Green chilli: 1
Salt: less than ¼ spoon
Sugar : ½ spoon
Lemon squeeze : 1spoon
Water: to grind
 

Method:
Step 1: put all the ingredients in to a blender and grind well to a paste.

Step 2: Store the green chutney in an air tight container in the refrigerator
