Tomato Rice



Tomato Rice

 This is spicy version of tomato rice made in few simple steps.
 
Heat 2 spoons of ghee in a pan ,add 2 red chilly,1/4 spoon of fennel seeds,1 small cinnamon stick,some broken cashew nuts, saute until cashews becomes slight brown. add  2 spoons of ginger garlic paste ,2 finely chopped onions,1 chopped green chilly, add salt and saute until onions turns transparent .(no need to saute onions till it becomes golden brown), add 4 finely chopped tomatoes, and saute well, add ¾ spoon of red chilly powder and saute. Cook for 10 min in low flame (cook until tomatoes becomes mushy), cover and cook if needed. 




Now add boiled rice to the mixture and mix well in low flame.

tasty and spicy tomato rice is ready.
