Coconut Chutney (2)
I have also posted one version of coconut chutney which will be slight green in color, now I am posting another form of coconut chutney which is white in color.
Needed:

Method:
  • Take all the above said ingredients in the blender and add salt. Grind well by adding water. Transfer the chutney to the serving bowl.
  • Heat small pan ,add 2 spoons of gingerly oil ,add mustard seeds ,let it spatter then add urad dall ,curry leaves ,one red chilli and switch off the flame and add it to the chutney and mix well. White coconut chutney is ready.
