COCONUT RICE

STEP1: pressure cook rice and keep it aside, grate coconut and keep it aside (1 1/2 cup of grated coconut needed for 2 cups of rice)
STEP 2: Heat pan, add oil, add mustard seeds ,urad dal,channa dal, curry leaves, pinch of hing,2 chopped green chilies, chopped ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
STEP 3: Add grated coconut and sauté well for 2 minutes .add salt .
STEP 4:Then put in the pressure cooked rice in it and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes in low flame. Switch off the heat .
garnish with coriander leaves.
