Kothumai Inipu Dosa / Vella Dosa

In the evenings we would like to eat snacks and those snacks would be deep fried ,and that is not  good for health if consumed everyday ,
Instead we can make this Kothumai Inipu Dosa. whch is very  tasty and also good for our health.This is for the people who are health consicious .

step 1 : take a bowl , add 1 cup of wheat flour,
1 cup of jaggery(crush it and make jaggery into powder)
1/4 cup of rice flour ,and half spoon of Cardamom powder,
1/2 cup of greated coconut
step 2: add water to the mixture and mix it well like dosa batter consistency.
Now the batter is ready for making kothumai inipu dosa

step 3:Heat dosa tawa , add oil and spread the batter and make dosa out if it.
Drizzle some oil, then flip and cook . remove from the tawa and serve hot
