MOONG DAL FRY FOR ROTI
step1: Pressure cook Moong dal for 3 whistles by adding pinch of turmeric powder and 1/2 spoon if cumin seeds.And keep it aside.
step 2: Heat oil in a pan,Add mustad seeds , Cumin seeds, 1/2 spoon of urad dal, pinch of Hing and Curry leaves saute for 30 seconds.Then add onion(chopped finely)saute till onion becomes lightbrown,then add tomato(finely chopped)saute till tomato gets mashed.
step 3: Now add pressure cooked dal and pour little water , 1/4 spoon of sambar powder.Cook for 5 mins , And also add mashed ginger ,garlic cloves, and one green chilli.(do not grind ginger garlic , Just mash it and add ).
step 4: Cook for 7 mins and Switch off the flame, Garnish with coriander leaves.
