GOBI MANCHURIAN DRY
Gobi Manchurian is a Indo Chinese recipe. It can be served with roti or rice.It’s the dry version of Gobi Manchurian.
Let’s begin step by step:
Step 1: chop cauliflower in to small florets .heat water in a pan and add salt and boil it, drain water completely after boiling, and keep it aside.
Step 2: in a bowl, mix Maida (or all purpose flour) ,corn powder, salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, water and mix it well .now add cauliflower in to it .fry those cauliflower in oil , towel dry it and keep it aside .
Step 3: Heat pan add finely chopped ginger ,garlic, green chilies, onion and sauté .add little pepper powder,little sugar,little vinegar and chilli paste.Now mix those fried cauliflower in to it and sauté .
Garnish with coriander leaves
and serve hot.
