Vazhaithandu Pachadi (Banana Stem Raita) is a healthy recipe .The Vazhaithandu is rich is fiber and nutrients and when combined with yogurt is great for stomach ailments.

Step1:To begin making the Vazhaithandu Pachadi Recipe, we will first whisk the yogurt with salt

Step2:Add in the finely chopped banana stem in to the whisked yogurt
Step3:Add ¼ spoon of pepper powder,chopped curry leaves, chopped ginger,chopped coriander leaves.half green chili chopped finely , mix well.
Vazhaithandu Pachadi is now ready to be served.
