BABY POTATO FRY
Lets learn how to make crispy and spicy Baby potato fry in very simple steps,
Step 1: wash and pressure cook baby potatoes .Now peel off
the outer skin and keep it aside.
Step 2: Heat 3 spoons of gingerly oil and 3 spoons of
sunflower oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds , after it sputter add ¼ spoon of
hing powder(asafoetida) and add pressure cooked and peeled baby potatoes and
sauté for 2 mins in medium flame.
Step 3: Add 1 spoon of sambar powder(if you don’t have sambar
powder you can add ½ spoon of red chilli powder but sambar powder tastes best ),
a pinch of turmeric powder, salt as needed and sauté well for 1 minute.
Step4: Now set the
flame in low heat and leave it for 10 minutes . saute in between if needed.
Step5: Switch off the flame and serve hot and crispy baby potato fry with
rice .
