FRIED RICE
FRIED RICE is basically an Indo Chinese recipe made from
steamed rice stir- Fried in a pan. Fried rice is delicious with any type of
vegetables (I used carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage and spring onions) .Not
only is it easy to make, but it's absolutely delicious. If you want to know how
to make fried rice, just follow these steps.
Needed:
2 cup of cooked white rice .(I used basumathi rice )
¼ cup of finely chopped carrot,beans,cabbage,capsicum and
spring onions.
Salt as needed, ¼ spoon ajinomoto ,2 spoons of pepper
powder.
Oil as needed
Method:
Step 1:wash and take 2 cup of basumati rice and soak it with
4 cups of water for about 30 minutes.
And pressure cook the same, after rice got cooked, keep it
to dry for 20 minutes under a fan.
Step 2: Now heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped beans
and sauté well until beans is half
cooked, now add chopped carrot and sauté for 3 mins and add chopped cabbage and
capsicum and sauté well until all the veggies gets cooked , (sauté and cook the
veggies ,no need to add water ) now add salt and sauté for 2 mins .
Step 3: now add spring onions and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 4: now add cooked basumati rice and mix well. Add little
more salt if needed. Then add 2 spoons of pepper powder, ajinomoto and sauté well .
Step 5: Garnish with chopped cilantro.
