CORRIANDER LEAVES RICE/KOTHAMALLI SADHAM
This is one type of coriander rice You can also see another one in my blog.(In rice varieties categories)
Step 1:Pressure cook rice and keep it aside.let it dry.
Step 2: Heat oil in pan, Add 1 spoon of channa dal, 2 spoons of urad dal.3 red chilli and sauté till dal becomes golden brown. Remove from heat .Transfer it to a blender/mixie.

Step 3:On the same pan sauté coriander leaves for one minute .And add it to the blender along with roasted dal and red chilli.
Step 4:Sauté 3 spoons of greated coconut in the same pan and transfer it to the same blender. Now grind all together in to a fine paste.

Step 5:Heat oil in a pan , add whole garam masala,(bay leaf,cloves,ginger garlic paste),cashew nuts,sauté for 3 mins.Then add those grinded masala,salt and sauté well.cook for 5 mins in medium flame.

Step 6Now add boiled rice to it and mix well. Transfer it to a serving plate and serve hot with onion raita.
Step 7:To get crispiness in the rice you can and roasted onions on the top of the coriander rice.
