CORRIANDER LEAVES RICE/KOTHAMALLI SADHAM(2)

CORRANDER and ginger are the main ingredients in this rice .They (Coriander and Ginger) are a rich source of fiber, all essentials nutrients.

Step 1:Cook 1 cup of rice with ½cup of chpped carrot and 1 spoon of cumin seeds.Keep it aside .

Step2:In a blender or mixie add coriander leaves(kothamalli),2 spoons of chopped ginger,2 green chilli and grin in to a fine paste.
Step 3:Heat oil in a pan,add curry leaves,cardamom, poppy seeds,clove,cinnamon,cashewnuts and sauté for 1 minute.And add those grinded coriander paste,salt.saute well for 3 minutes.

Step 4:Now mix pressure cooked rice to it and mix well. Cook for 2 mins.Switch off the flame.Serve hot with Onion raita
