TOMATO GRAVY FOR CHAPATI
Most people love gravy. Some of us are even raised eating gravy with our regular meals.
This recipe will surely delight those of us who love tomatoes also
STEP 1:Heat pan add oil, ginger garlic paste saute for 1 min , Add 3 chopped onions saute till onon turns in to slight brown colour, Add 3 finely chopped tomatoes and Saute well till tomatoes gets mashed and Oil comes out .
STEP 2: Add 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 a spoon of coriander powder , 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder.Saute well.Add water ,Cover the lid and cook for 10 mins, saute occasionally. gravy is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves.
STEP 3: Serve hot with roti or chapti.
