QUICK CHAPATI

HOW TO MAKE QUICK CHAPATI  FOR STARTERS

STEP1: Take 1 cup of chapatti flour in a bowl, add 3 spoons of gingely oil,1/2 spoon of salt.

STEP2: Add some water and mix the ingredients together.

STEP 2: Place the dough into an oiled bowl and cover it for 25 minutes. Cover the bowl with a cloth.

STEP 3: Now Divide the dough into small balls Roll the dough with a rolling pin until the balls resemble thin rounds.

STEP4: Now heat tawa(or dosai kallu)and cook each chapati on both sides.Add oil or ghee if needed. Remove the chapati from the heat.Its ready to serve.
