YELLOW PUMPKIN CURD RICE( for baby above 8 months)

rice is very good for your baby, it helps to improves digestion, Eating
pumpkin is good for the heart, The fiber, potassium and vitamin C
content in pumpkin all support heart health. support eye health and
prevent degenerative damage. Pumpkins are high in both vitamin C and
beta-carotene offer an immunity boost from their powerful combination of
nutrients. So try giving yellow pumpkin curd rice to your little one .
2 to3 small pieces of pumpkins
Salt to taste
Pinch of sambar powder
Curd 3 spoons, milk 3 spoons
Boiled Rice ½ cup
Method:
• Pressure cook pumpkin pieces with little salt and pinch of sambar powder. Keep it aside.
• In a blender, add curd, rice, milk, pressure cooked pumpkin pieces, pinch of salt and grind coarsely.
• Now yellow pumpkin curd rice is ready.
• Transfer it to a serving bowl and feed your little one.
