PUDHINA BROWN BREAD/ MINT LEAVE BROWN BREAD

NEEDED:
Brown bread: 4 slices
Ghee: 3 spoons
Mint leaves and coriander leaves both together ½ cup.
Green chilli : 1
Sugar: ½ spoon
Salt :pinch
Ginger: a small piece
Lemon juice: 2 spoons
METHOD:
  • Take a blender or a mixee and add mint and coriander leaves, ginger, lemon juice, salt, sugar, green chilli and grind well by add little water. Now the chutney is ready.

  • Heat pan or a dosa tawa and place the brown bread and toast it on both sides by adding little ghee.

  • Now spread the chutney on the both sides of the bread. Toast again on both sides for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
Serve hot.
You can also do the same on toaster, and serve hot with tomato sauce.
