BEANS PARUPPU USILI
STEP1: Soak3 spoons of channa dal and 6 to 7 spoons of toor dal for 2 hrs with 3 red chili (or if you are making this in weekdays for lunch box and going to make in the morning, soak it overnight and keep it in the fridge.)
STEP2: Drain the water and grind it in the mixie along with hing and salt, without adding water. Grind coarsely . Meanwhile cook the beans in pressure cooker for 2 whistles and keep it aside.
STEP3:Heat oil in kadai,add mustard seeds .After mustard seeds splatter,Add 1 spoon of urad dal,curry leaves ,pinch of turmeric powder and when it is done add the dal(grinded in the mixie ) to it and fry nicely till it becomes golden brown.
STEP4:Add pressure cooked beans to it,Now mix both the beans and the dal nicely.cook for 3 mins and Transfer to a serving bowl.
