CUCUMBER RAITA
Cucumbers contain multiple B vitamins. Cucumber is the right vegetable to beat scorching summer heat.
STEP1: whisk the yogurt with salt and add pepper powder,chopped coriander leaves,chopped curry leaves, Pinch of hing.
STEP2: Peel and Cut cucumber in to fine cubes.
STEP3:Add it to the yogurt and mix well.
